IX.A. Consider and act to authorize the Mayor to notify Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) that Celina approves the guaranteed maximum price for UTRWD’s Construction Manager at Risk contract for the expansion of the Doe Branch Water Reclamation Facility (DBWRF), which approval results in Celina’s share of the cost being $12,000,000 more than originally estimated in the Third Amendment to Participating Member Contract between Celina and UTRWD, effective April 9, 2024, being an agreement for the expansion of the DBWRF and construction of the wastewater pipeline extension from DBWRF to Fishtrap Road. Consider and act to award Bid 2026-004 for the reconstruction of Celina Parkway(CR 52) from Glendenning Parkway (FM 428) to the Outer Loop, to Grod Construction, LLC, in the amount of $1,725,906.10 plus a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $172,590.61 for a total amount not to exceed $1,898,496.71.
