Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance on the voluntary annexation of approximately 45 acres, generally located east of FM 1385 and approximately 1,250 feet north of future Frontier Parkway, within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, by zoning approximately 45 acres to a Planned Development (PD) with Commercial, Office, and Retail District (C) and MultiFamily, Horizontal District (MF-0) base zoning, generally located east of FM 1385 and approximately 1,250 feet north of future Frontier Parkway.
