Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance on the voluntary annexation of approximately 100 acres within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), generally located at the southeast corner of future Stallcup Boulevard and future Coit Road. Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, by zoning approximately 100 acres to a Planned Development (PD) with a base zoning of Single-Family Residential Estate District (SF-E), generally located at the southeast corner of future Stallcup Boulevard and future Coit Road.
